The Upper Level will not receive Cheer Vote Points.
But 30 Spirit Points in Spirit Banks.

Must have two members at all upper levels to keep open.

LOA  Is Allowed at Team Levels Only!!
If you need a LOA, You must contact your Team Leader.

If a Member is in a upper level and needs a LOA.
They will return to team level when off LOA.
